Scope
This policy applies to the website, the Monvera Platform and the digital products offered through it.
It describes processing by Monvera Finance UAB when you visit our website, contact us, register or use platform functions.
Additional privacy notices from the respective provider may apply to individual products or regulated partner services.
Visiting our website
Technically necessary access data
When the website is accessed, technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, transferred data volume, browser, operating system, referrer and status code may be processed. This supports secure delivery, error analysis and prevention of abusive access.
Hosting
The website and technical systems are operated using Hetzner Cloud in Germany. The hosting provider processes data on our behalf where required for delivery, security and technical operation.
No analytics or advertising trackers
The current landing page does not use web analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. Any future change will be disclosed in this policy and, where required, through consent settings.
Contacting us
When you contact us by email, we process your contact details, message content and any information you voluntarily provide to respond to your enquiry.
Depending on the enquiry, processing is based on pre-contractual measures, performance of a contract, legal obligations or our legitimate interest in appropriate communication.
